So this year Marlene wanted to decorate the house early for Halloween! Two weeks ago Paul came over and got out the few things she has bought over the past year or two. So now right outside of Tricia's window is the Haunted grave yard!
What is a "Welcome" sign without someone there to greet you??? This fella has lost his head he is so happy to see you!!
A few fall pumpkins set in Mom's planter to protect he south end of the grave yard! 
Gargoyles set out just to set the tone! If they don't keep out the unwanteds then we have ADT to take care of the situation!

Leave it to mom for Halloween. You should take a picture of all the Halloween things that make noise in your house.
Very impressive! My Halloween decor at this point includes one pumpkin given to us at the fall festival that is sitting on the kitchen cupboard!! I need to borrow Paul for a weekend!! Just not feeling the overwhelming desire to get out there and decorate!!
